MONKTON  COMBE BECOME THE LATEST INDEPENDENT SCHOOL TO INTRODUCE FK PRO

Monkton Combe School has recently joined, Eton, Harrow and Millfield Schools in utilising the FK Pro body weight suspension system for their students.

After a period of assessment by Kevin Morris, the Director of Sport, the school have decided to introduce the FK Pro system into their strength and conditioning programme for students.

Due to the systems portability it also means that the students can take it away/home and record their own additional training programmes over a 6 week period.

In the future the aim is to actually get the students to undertake the basic instructor FK Pro EIS Level 1 training course, as the best way to really assimilate what the necessary skills are to teach them..!
