The FKPro Core24

We've put together what we call our Core24. The Core24 are a set of exercises that will provide the foundation for all your future exercise programmes and training goals. At present we have listed the first 12 exercises, split into two groups- the red and white series. The remainin twelve videos will be added in the very near future.

Most important of all when using FKPro (or doing any other exercise for that matter) is to get your technique right. We understand that 'technique' isn't the most exciting of topics but master the basic form as explained in the following films and you are adopting habits that will help set you up for life. You'll be stronger, more balanced, less injury prone and enjoy it more. We know, we've tried it!
